Job Type and Hours: The job is full time and will consist of 35 hours per week on a shift basis. This role includes working mornings, evenings and weekends.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a support worker for our supported living service in Worcester Park, which provides care for young adults with autism, learning disabilities who may display behaviour that challenge.

Support Worker
Level 3 Health & Social care diploma
Experience in specialist care for people with autism, learning disabilities, or complex backgrounds
Support Worker
Providing quality and consistent care to help meet the social, emotional, and behavioural needs of residents
Supporting young adults to do their favourite things and to try new activities, both at home and outdoors
Promoting the safety, welfare, and protection of the young adults we care for at all times
