Cleansing Service Group is an independently owned waste management company with a varied customer base, including both domestic and industrial. As a Sales Executive, you will be supporting the sales team to generate new business, working closely with all departments.

Role Accountabilities:
5. To generate new business sales.
6. Making outbound calls to contact prospective new as well as existing clients to sell the full range of CSG services in line with current marketing campaigns.
7. Answer inbound calls from all customers professionally and to promote all CSG services through direct communication such as telephone calls, emails, and exhibitions.
8. Develop new business relationships and generate income for the Group in line with an annual target of invoiced revenue.
9. Contact, meet and handle customer’s needs by building own portfolio of clients and where required account manage key clients.
10. To effectively deliver telemarketing campaigns.
11. Contact prospective customers to sell full range of CSG services in line with current marketing campaigns.
12. To reach monthly and annual sales targets in line with regional team targets.
13. Proactively build and maintain solid relationships with all customers, recording all information correctly onto CSG systems.
14. Ensure individual and group call targets are reached.
15. To be able complete ongoing Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship during.
16. To achieve monthly sales targets by using commercial expertise to develop specific regions and markets.
17. Use a full range of methods to make contact with companies within target areas and to understand the waste management sectors within specific regions.
18. Fully research potential clients to ensure CSG solutions are tailored to the customers’ needs.
19. Use commercial awareness to present new initiatives and to open new markets.
20. Exceed monthly sales targets on new business sales; applying own strategy when necessary to hit targets and develop sustainable growth.
21. Proactively build a solid deliverable pipeline of new business across the CSG portfolio.
22. Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering and Sewage Telesales teams.
23. Ensure effective communication flows between Tendering, Marketing, Fields Sales, and Sewage Telesales teams.
24. Act on all leads and customer information as supplied by the field sales/marketing/sewage telesales and tendering teams.
25. Ensure any individual market research undertaken is shared with the tendering, sales, and marketing teams.
26. Ensure all sales administration is completed and submitted in line with deadlines.
27. Ensure all customer activity is logged on the CRM package, including all interaction, calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, quotes, and complaints.
28. Compliance with the Group’s H&S policy and behaviours.
29. Ensure personal responsibilities under the Group’s H&S policy are understood.
30. Act in a manner that always keeps yourself and your colleagues safe at all times.

Person Specification
The Candidate:
Essential
33. Degree Qualification.
34. Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries
35. Maintains and inspires a results-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators
36. Identifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutions
37. Shows by a range of verbal and non-verbal signals that the information being received is understood
38. Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
39. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
40. Effective organisational skills
41. Evidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines.
