Location: Salisbury

Salary: Unqualified Lecturer: £29,294 Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 - £40,814 per year (Depending on Skills, Qualifications & Experience)

What Youll Do

Teach and assess learners across Nursing & Health programmes at a range of levels
Deliver engaging, industry-relevant theory and practical sessions
Support students developing clinical knowledge, patient care skills, and professional behaviours
Prepare learners for progression into nursing, healthcare roles, or further study
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, professionalism, and learner wellbeing
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

What Youll Bring

Relevant Nursing or Health qualification (Level 3 or above; degree advantageous)
Current or recent clinical experience in nursing or healthcare settings
Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practice, standards, and legislation
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others
Teaching qualification (desirable) or willingness to work towards one with full support
