Job Overview
Female-Only Service (specific to the needs of the people receiving support)
Join our passionate teams within Southwest. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, you’ll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort.
Shift Pattern:
This part time role offers 73.5 hours per month, worked across 7 overnight shifts. Enjoy a consistent schedule from 10:00PM to 8:30AM, giving you plenty of daytime flexibility!
We’re looking for caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals who can follow the lead of the people they support. You’ll be calm under pressure, able to adjust to changing situations, and enjoy working as part of a team.

* Support with all aspects of personal care.
* Develop and implement personalised support plans.
* Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
* Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the person’s goals and aspirations.
