What you’ll do
Everywhen is a leading independent insurance distribution platform and a top 20 broker globally. You’ll join a dynamic finance team in our Bury St Edmunds office and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering. You’ll contribute to financial decision-making, performance analysis and strategic planning, and work closely with the Finance Business Partner and wider finance teams. You’ll be supported in pursuing a professional qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with exposure to a broad range of finance activities across the Everywhen platform.
From day one, you’ll be involved in meaningful work and have opportunities for mentoring, development, and progression.
Our offer
In our Bury St Edmunds office, you’ll receive specialist training and will work closely with the Finance Business Partner and wider finance teams to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering.
We will provide structured support to pursue a professional qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), with exposure to a broad range of finance activities across the Everywhen platform.
You will learn to contribute to financial decision-making, performance analysis, and strategic planning, while developing core skills and commercial acumen.

Qualifications
We are seeking analytical and numerical skills, a problem-solving mindset with fantastic communication and team working skills. You should have a flexible mindset and be ready for a challenge. You will need to be motivated to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment. There is a strong emphasis on developing core financial and commercial acumen through hands-on experience and formal professional qualifications.
