Exciting opportunities are available to join the Clinical Coordination team within RHCYP, NHS Lothian and we are looking for passionate, caring, motivated Health Care Support Workers to join our highly skilled nursing team.

We offer the opportunity to work with talented teams within multidisciplinary environments, providing you with the opportunity to gain a breadth of knowledge and to impact positively on the lives of thousands of patients and their families.

About the Role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out clinical care duties for patients, in support of the CC/NP and other relevant professional practitioners, where appropriate. This role has a mix of clinical and administrative duties.The Clinical Coordination (CC) Team make informed decisions regarding patient capacity, safety and appropriate required staffing levels and offer expert support ensuring the smooth running of Children’s Services 24/7.
