Our established Basingstoke client is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis for their busy team. This role plays an integral part within the business and reports directly to Finance Manager.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
1. Client invoicing, including admin preparation, assistance with invoicing list
2. Processing purchase orders
3. Debt chasing
4. Processing of expenses, including processing cash and card expenses
5. Dealing with all queries
6. Assisting and with purchase ledger processing. Supplier Invoices. Helping with bank reconciliations
7. Other ad hoc administration duties where necessary
