Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Remote - with national travel to sites as required
Responsibilities Support project work on wider ER/HR projects and ER strategy as directed.
Work flexibly across the region, supporting colleagues on projects and activities.
Proactively manage and support organizational design and change initiatives.
Assist with TUPE, Mergers, and Acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant processes.
Deliver strategic workforce planning activities to maximize capability and resource, while identifying engagement and efficiency opportunities.
Ensure succession planning is comprehensive, capturing high performers and potential, and supporting their development.
Support objective and PDP setting processes, reviewing and managing outputs effectively throughout the year.
Develop line managers' capacity to handle Employee Relations issues locally, fostering positive management styles.
Coach managers to effectively implement HR policies, encouraging prompt and informal resolution of issues.
