About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing team. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of working from home with occasional office collaboration days (travel expenses fully covered). You’ll be at the front line of our growth — engaging prospects, building relationships, and booking high-quality appointments for our sales team.

This role is perfect for someone with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, who thrives on hitting targets and wants to be rewarded generously for their efforts.

What You’ll Do

* Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients daily.

* Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Qualify leads effectively and book appointments with key decision-makers.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.

* Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new business growth.
