If you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment while helping to shape stronger communities, we'd love to welcome you on our journey. Together, we're building a better future.

A role that keeps everything moving

Our Planned Works & Capital Works team plays a huge part in making sure our homes stay safe, modern and well‑maintained. From kitchen and bathroom refurbishments to roof replacements, window and door upgrades, redecoration programmes and zero‑carbon retrofit projects, this team is at the heart of improving the places our customers call home.

You'll also provide ad‑hoc support across Property Services, helping ensure our wider teams have the information and coordination they need to deliver excellent services.

What you'll be doing

You'll bring:

* A friendly, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills

* The ability to work well in a team, while also managing tasks independently

* A collaborative, inclusive approach to planning and problem‑solving

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
