What you'll be doing:
* Offering excellent customer service across, breakfast, lunch, dinner & on our award winning terrace.
* Safely serving food and drink to our guests.
* Handling customer feedback.
* Drive the sale of our food and beverage offering.
* Adhere to the H&S, Food Safety requirements of the hotel.
* Assist with the set up of the restaurant and bars for service.
* Handle cash & card payments.
