Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Service Department to achieve business and financial goals. Drive performance of the front-of-house team to meet budget and sales targets. Ensure full compliance with Mercedes-Benz franchise standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor and report on service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Manage customer relationships, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of any issues or complaints. Maintain and improve customer retention through proactive engagement and excellent service delivery. Lead, coach, and develop your team through regular performance reviews and training.
