Salary: FC7 £33,732.26 – £41,972.16
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Bankhead Central, Bankhead Park, Glenrothes covering Fife Wide

Job Purpose
Provide a single point of contact for antisocial behaviour within designated committee areas, oversee all antisocial behaviour and neighbour dispute activities, and lead investigations into serious cases.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead investigations into serious antisocial behaviour and neighbour disputes, issuing warnings and taking legal action as required.
 * Investigate cases involving tenants convicted of drug misuse, applying sanctions up to eviction where appropriate.
 * Interpret policy and legislation, find solutions to complex cases.
 * Coordinate and chair multi‑agency meetings; liaise with police, Housing, Health and social services.
 * Serve as a key contact for the community and agencies in the designated area.
Requirements
 * Significant experience in a community safety environment.
 * Education to SCQF Level 8 (including HND or SCQ Level 4 or equivalent).
 * Knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice.
 * Ability to make decisions under pressure.
 * Experience chairing multi‑agency meetings.
 * Strong communication and partnership working skills.
 * Willingness to travel throughout Fife.
