Free on-site parking About the Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Administrator will play a vital role in maintaining the companys financial health, focusing primarily on sales ledger, credit control, and CIS/RCT compliance. Key Responsibilities Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time Monitor and chase outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow Carry out effective credit control, dealing with customer queries professionally Prepare and submit CIS and RCT returns in compliance with HMRC and Irish Revenue regulations Assist with reconciliation tasks, including customer accounts and bank statements Liaise with internal departments and customers regarding payment issues and invoice disputes Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting duties Essential Criteria Previous experience in a similar finance/admin role Good working knowledge of sales ledger and credit control processes Understanding of CIS and RCT (Construction Industry Schemes) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience in the construction or renewable energy sector Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage or Xero Skills: sales ledger Accounts Receivable Credit Control Benefits: Medical Aid / Health Care Parking
