What you'll do:

* Act as a trusted partner to commercial teams, providing financial insight and constructive challenge to support decision-making.

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes, ensuring clarity on risks and opportunities.

* Analyse promotional activity and investment returns, helping shape future strategies.
\t
* Drive continuous improvement, challenging current ways of working and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
\t
* Develop advanced reporting tools using Power BI to enhance business understanding.
\t
* Support new business tenders and cross-functional projects, contributing to growth and efficiency.
What we're looking for:

* Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with strong post-qualification experience.
\t
* Commercially astute with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
\t
* Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise.
\t
* Ability to influence and build relationships across non-financial teams.
\t
* Comfortable working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
