The successful candidate will join our small team based at our beautiful offices in Fetcham Park in Surrey and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within client budgets, timeline, and scope. They will also present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
* Respond to client briefs with clear well‑written proposals
* Manage and negotiate effectively with suppliers
* Create and manage event budgets
* Ensure seamless event delivery on‑site
* Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
* Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
* Ability to time manage across multiple projects
* Knowledge of London and its venues an advantage
* Team player
* Strong business acumen in project planning and management
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
