* Skilled in coaching, developing, and performance managing a team to retain talent.

* Confident in balancing accounts, complying with company policies and procedures, and managing every aspect of your store.
* Flexible to work variable shift patterns each week, including evenings and weekends, in line with customer demand. Shift patterns are normally shared 4 weeks in advance.
