About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to teach Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including the delivery of GCSE Maths and alternative accredited qualifications. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, accessible maths lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with a range of learning profiles. The focus will be on practical, applied teaching strategies that make maths meaningful and achievable for all learners, particularly those who face barriers to traditional academic learning. You will work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants, SEN professionals, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure students receive the tailored academic and emotional support they need to succeed.
