What the Job Involves The Principal Social Worker position involves leading the Intake and Assessment team to ensure effective practice delivery. You will support the Team Manager and the team in implementing the Signs of Safety approach and maintaining a high standard of service. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with other agencies to enhance services for young people, and managing cases on a short-term basis until transition to long-term colleagues is initiated at planning meetings.
