About the Role:
We are seeking Support Workers to join our team based in Macduff. Due to the role's nature and rural locations, it is preferred for successful Support Workers to hold a UK driving license.
The Support Workers will focus on Person-Centred Care, placing the service user at the heart of all they do. Our goal is to empower individuals to maintain their independence. You will support them in the community, attending clubs, activities, appointments, and more.

All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
