About this role
As our next Integrations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for defining, advising on, and managing the technical requirements for enterprise customers integrating their Ashby ATS instance with our custom-built Workday API. As additional enterprise HCM integrations ship, you may also act as the technical subject‑matter expert for implementing customers. Your role will involve advising on integration best practices, technical configurations, and collaborating with customers’ internal experts. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross‑functional partners.
Role requirements

- Prefer an in‑person role over remote.
- Less interested in customer‑facing roles requiring both technical and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer defining strategies without responsibility for execution.
- Prefer working with a simple product rather than complex integrations.
- Prefer exclusively building rather than iterating and optimizing.

- Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave in the U.S. (expanding to other countries as applicable).
