Responsibilities
* High Volume of AP invoice processing
* Constant monitoring of the AP email inbox
* Posting DD invoices and matching against bank payments
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Ensuring invoice payment due dates adhere to the payment terms
* Dealing with Purchase Order queries
* Organising, registering, matching purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner
* Reconciling Credit Card statements
* Preparing and processing payment runs and manual payments
Requirements
* 1 year+ of AP experience
* Want to work in the office 5 days a week
* Must have high volume AP experience (Minimum 250 invoices a week)
* Must have strong experience of monitoring and actioning an AP email inbox
* Roll up your sleeves attitude and just get stuck in
