Requirements: Manage suppliers throughout their lifecycle: onboarding, operational management, and off boarding. Being responsible for accuracy of forecasted run budget and suppliers. Perform audit and assurance activities and regularly review and ensure adherence to controls, processes, documentation, and procedures and reporting as well as being the escalation point for any performance and service-related issues. The Role You will be responsible to provide support to the Head Delivery Manager. Other duties will include you being responsible for supplier performance (including Budgets, risk management, Skills You will have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and be able to keep track of and monitor progress on multiple issues to ensure work is prioritised and deadlines are met. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and be confident in dealing with stakeholder management. You will have confidence, tact and diplomacy in communicating requirements and constructively challenging senior executives. You will need great influencing skills as you will be primarily dealing with senior leadership Responsibilities: Experience and track record of delivering in a service-based contract environment Experience managing Supplier budgets Proven experience in building relationships to drive continuous improvement and ongoing value for money.
