DETAILS:
JOB TITLE: Women’s Lead & Recovery Coach
BASED: Home working (occasional travel to meetings/events)
HOURS: 40 hours per week but open to part time options.
SALARY: £30,000 per annum
LEAVE: 26 days plus bank holidays per annum
FIXED TERM until 31 March 2026
PURPOSE:
Your role will be to support and provide Recovery Coaching sessions to women who have been
affected either directly or indirectly by Gambling Related Harm.
DELIVERABLES:
Provide remote one to one Recovery Coaching sessions.
Deliver remote group Recovery Coaching sessions.
Establish partnerships with community groups/orgs working with women.
Establish referral pathways for women affected by Gambling.
Increase awareness and access of the support available.
Ensure services are delivered safely and effectively.
Actively promote multiple pathways to and in Recovery.
Be an advocate for Recovery Coaching.
Contribute to designing and developing supporting resources.
To ensure all relevant paperwork and documents are recorded, stored and updated in line with data
protection.
Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Represent the charity at events and other meetings to support the Charitable aims and objectives.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Previous experience in similar role is preferable.
Lived experience of gambling related harm is essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Recovery Coaching qualifications are preferable, although training could be provided if necessary.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
Experience of working with voluntary and statutory organisations.
Experience of working with individuals in recovery.
