As part of the Insights team, you'll spend your time engaging across all parts of the business to provide commercial insight through production and analysis of data.

Responsibilities
* A wide ranging remit to produce and enhance KPI reporting across the business. This will likely include close involvement in:
* Assisting Field Ops in optimising staff utilisation and efficiency
* Understanding and maximise Product profitability
* Analysing and maintaining component costs
* Understanding time required for delivery of services
* Call Centre productivity
* Corporate activity and booking efficiency
* Staff retention/turnover rates
* Field Ops Additional Tests and costs per Clinic
* Ad hoc analysis and support on a wide range of projects as they arise
The hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm
* Hybrid - Minimum of 1 day per week in our Worthing Head Office
