The primary purpose of your role is to manage the development of your designated clients across different industry sectors. A strong and robust Client roadmap focusing on incremental value is crucial to the success of your role. You will have the ability to present detailed insights to your clients across various projects such as data, CDP, analysis, Insight, CRM, and day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum impact of the partnership.
You will work with well-established clients and supporting teams, assisting with day-to-day management tasks such as planning, scheduling, briefing, and delivering exceptional client service. You will act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring the completion of BAU project delivery as well as any bespoke projects created by XCM or the client.
You should be a confident, organized, and driven individual with a passion for building relationships, delivering value, and possessing strong technical knowledge to guide clients in utilizing the Horizon platform fully.
Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding client reporting and KPIs, providing insights to help develop strong proposals
* Keeping clients updated with regular communication on ongoing projects
* Managing and progressing the Client Roadmap with support from your team and senior stakeholders
* Maintaining and updating client documentation, requiring strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
* Supporting planning, scheduling, and delivery of work to meet service level agreements
* Informing senior stakeholders of key opportunities and issues
* Supporting accurate commercial reporting and ensuring documentation accuracy weekly
