Senior Management Consultant: Real Estate Advisory / PropTech Strategy
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join a dynamic independent consultancy specialising in real estate business transformation.
Base salary offered is £65000 + bonus + benefits.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and manage complex consulting projects across business strategy and structuring, performance improvement, and digital transformation (including implementing new IT systems) within real estate.
* Work directly with senior stakeholders at major real estate firms, corporate occupiers, investors, and public sector clients.
* Oversee project teams and resources, ensuring successful delivery of client outcomes.
* The Senior Management Consultant will contribute to business development, developing new service lines and supporting marketing and thought leadership initiatives.
* Play a key role in shaping internal business operations and collaborating with Partners and Directors on internal growth initiatives.
Ideal experience:
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to tackle complex problems calmly and methodically.
* Experience managing real estate consulting or transformation projects (either in-house or in a consultancy).
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* The Senior Management Consultant will be intelligent, curious, with strong attention to detail, and a desire to take ownership and grow your area of expertise.
* RICS qualification is beneficial but not essential. Study support offered towards qualification.
