Denbies Wine Estate, one of England largest vineyards, is looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing location and with a very motivated and passionate team. You will be expected to produce high-quality fresh food.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be creative, innovative, and responsible for your own section, and keep all standards throughout the kitchen high.
* Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.
* To serve and prepare food that should be served promptly and presented professionally.
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
About You
* Previous Junior Sous Chef experience is required in Banqueting & Restaurants.
* Passionate about quality food and local produce.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
