This is an exciting opportunity to be part of The Mungo Foundation, where we positively impact the lives of those we support across Glasgow and Ayrshire.
We are looking for someone to support the Registered Service Manager by implementing innovation while maintaining a positive environment for both those we support and our staff. This role is ideal for those ready for the next step on the career ladder.
You will be:
* Responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support
* Managing and developing a staff team effectively
* Communicating effectively with those we support, their families, and other professionals
* Auditing and monitoring all areas of systems and practice regularly
* Ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place
Shift working including days, evenings, and weekends is a requirement of the post.
Our service is a short breaks respite service for children and young people with additional needs. We are privileged to support an inspiring and unique group of children and young people, helping them live their best lives.
