3. Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
4. Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports for clients.
5. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored audit solutions.
6. Supervise and mentor junior members of the audit team.
7. Identify and communicate key audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
8. Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality audit work.
9. Stay updated on changes in auditing and financial reporting standards.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department with technical advice when needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Senior should have:
11. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
12. Previous experience in audit within the professional services industry.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
