The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maths Cover Supervisor to join our team immediately. This full-time, long-term role involves supervising and delivering Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and deliver Maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment.
* Support student engagement, behaviour, and learning.
* Follow school policies and procedures consistently.
* Provide feedback on student progress and behaviour as required.
Person Specification:
* Experience working in a school setting is desirable.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Enthusiasm for supporting student learning and development.
