Boutique mortgage lender with over £250m deployed, is seeking a hands-on Head of Recoveries & Enforcement to lead the oversight and performance of a growing loan book. This role is responsible for maximising recovery, managing arrears and enforcement processes.
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison with external solicitors and key stakeholders, sit on the Credit Committee, monitor loan performance and KPIs, support restructuring strategies, and drive continuous improvements to recoveries processes. This is a high-impact role suited to a detail-oriented professional with strong property law knowledge, enforcement experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced lending environment.
