A fast-growing, direct-to-consumer performance brand is seeking a hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution and brand growth in a core market, while supporting international expansion.
The Role
* Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across PR, digital, social, email, paid media and events
* Lead product launches from planning to go-to-market execution
* Build relationships with media, partners and industry stakeholders
* Manage marketing calendar, budgets and performance reporting
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, e-commerce and commercial teams

Ideal Profile
* 3+ years’ experience in brand or integrated marketing
* Someone from a cycling background, or with an interest in cycling.
* Strong communication, copywriting and campaign delivery skills
* Comfortable managing budgets, timelines and performance metrics
* Passion for sport and understanding of enthusiast-driven communities
* Confident representing a brand publicly and working in a fast-paced environment
