This role is ideal for someone looking to take ownership of key work packages, delivering them from start to finish. The initial contract is 5–6 months, with potential longer-term opportunities on related projects in the area.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:00

Role Overview
The Site Agent will lead delivery of pipelines, shafts, and heavy civils works. You’ll oversee technical tasks, coordinate on-site engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely and to specification. This role suits someone technically strong, confident on site, and ready to progress within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of pipelines, shafts, and civils works from start to finish.
Oversee trial holes, pipeline surveys, and partial builds.
Provide accurate technical information to design teams.
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
Ensure safe, efficient progress and timely reporting.
Essential Requirements
Strong engineering background with civil engineering experience.
Experience in pipelines, shafts, heavy civils, or similar environments.
Ability to deliver tasks independently and take ownership.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Disciplined, practical, and ambitious.
