About Our Client

To take responsibility for accounts payable, receivable assisting with payroll and reporting to ensuring best practice across the finance administration function.
Job Description
Duties and tasks of the Finance Assistant:
* Providing administrative assistance to the finance team
* Process purchase invoices
* Raise sales invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for invoice payment resolution
* Managing timesheets for payroll and amending working hours and overtime rates
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Assistant applicant will have:
* A couple of years experience in a finance role eg; purchase ledger, sales ledger, accounts assistant or a trainee role
* Previous use of an accounting system in a professional environment
* Competent user of Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
