Financial Reporting Consultant -
Your new companyYou’ll be joining a well-established, UK-based organisation operating in a value-driven and people-focused environment. The business is currently undergoing a period of financial transformation, investing in stronger processes to support its future growth and sustainability.
What you'll need to succeedYou will play a pivotal role in documenting, reviewing, and improving financial processes across the finance function. Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider stakeholders, you will help ensure the finance function is audit-ready.Key responsibilities include:
* Mapping, documenting, and analysing end-to-end finance processes
* Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across Accounts Payable and Financial Reporting divisions.
* Designing and maintaining process documentation and user guides
What you'll get in return

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Intermediate Excel skills
* A proactive, detail-focused approach with high standards of accuracy
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
