Domiciliary Care Worker Responsibilities
• Provide care and support to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Support with medication, mobility, and access to activities
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Attend team meetings and training
• Participate in local leafleting during quieter periods (paid)
Domiciliary Care Worker Requirements
• No experience needed full training provided
• Empathetic, reliable, and patient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
