Our client, a Prestige Main Dealership, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that connect, engage, and elevate the company\'s brand. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, foster strategic partnerships, and organise memorable events—while ensuring alignment with corporate standards. They will bring creative ideas to life across digital channels, print, and collaborations with agencies, supported by data insights and competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
The ideal Marketing Operations Manager will be a confident communicator, energised problem-solver, and versatile marketer with over three years\' experience in B2C or B2B marketing.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
* Foster strategic partnerships and manage sponsorships
* Organise and manage events, both large and small, in line with brand guidelines
* Ensure campaigns align with corporate standards and strategic objectives
* Coordinate with digital teams, print, agencies, and internal stakeholders
* Utilise data insights and competitive analysis to optimise performance
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum of 3 years\' experience in B2C/B2B marketing, with expertise in digital, partnerships, and events
* Hands-on experience delivering integrated campaigns from concept to completion
* Proficiency with tools such as Dotdigital (or similar), social media platforms, CMS, and analytics
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively
* Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Full UK driving licence and a proactive, “let\'s make it happen” attitude
* CIM qualification or progress towards it
* Experience managing sponsorships and large-scale events
* Knowledge of the retail or automotive industry
Education and Experience
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
* Over three years\' experience in marketing management roles
Other Requirements
* Full UK driving licence for occasional travel
* Willingness to participate in professional development opportunities
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
