The Vacancy
Due to our evolving care and lifestyle delivery, we are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team. To be considered for this vacancy, you must have a valid full UK driving licence and a car.
Location: Across Settle & Surrounding Areas. A valid full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential. Travel expenses are covered and mileage is paid at 43p per mile.
Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 extra for working evenings and weekends. Hours: Full time and part time available per week, on a rota basis including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends from 7am to 10pm.

About the Role
This is a dual role consisting of Personal Care and Domestic Services. You’ll work closely with the Field Care Supervisor, House Managers and Care Performance Manager to deliver personal bespoke care and lifestyle services. This could include assisting with personal care, household tasks, offering companionship and supporting wellbeing activities. You will also help ensure communal areas are cleaned regularly.
This is a mobile field-based role requiring travel between our developments; parking will be available at each site.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance. Also offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping, and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard, ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for all homeowners.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and attending appointments to enhance their well-being and social connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Skills & Experience: Ideally previous experience in a care environment with a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification. This is not essential as full training is provided; strong interpersonal skills, empathy and good time management are required.
* Driving Licence: Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.
* Flexibility: Ability to work on a rota including early mornings, late shifts and alternate weekends.
