We are seeking to recruit a Reception / Administrator on a full-time basis to join our friendly, dynamic team! With a culture of delivering high-quality care, you will act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors using the practice.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing excellent customer care in a busy reception environment.
2. Handling communication via phone and email efficiently.
3. Using EMIS and ACCruX systems.
4. Maintaining accurate records and data entry.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing environment.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
* Reliability, professionalism, and adaptability.
* High empathy, diplomacy, and sensitivity to patient needs.
* Proficiency in keyboarding and basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
* Comfortable communicating via email.
The position is initially part-time with the possibility of progressing to full-time. Kensington Road is a well-established GP surgery in Earlsdon, Coventry, with a full clinical staff and ARRS roles.
