Responsibilities
* Be part of a team that supports career progression into leadership from day one or in the near term.
* Lead and grow a Commercial Property team as appropriate, with the possibility of stepping in to lead from day one for eligible candidates.
* Manage a Commercial Property caseload (under supervision if necessary).
* Provide high-quality client service and commercially aware advice.
* Engage in business development and networking activities as appropriate.
* Demonstrate solid IT skills and a client-focused approach.
Qualifications / Background
* Have at least 2 years fee earning experience within Commercial Property.
* Be commercially aware.
* Display a drive to succeed and ambition to help grow a highly profitable and successful business.
* Be client focused.
* Demonstrate solid IT skills.
* An interest (or ideally experience) in business development/networking.
* Applications are open from Fee Earning Commercial Property Paralegals (with full support/mentoring and knowledge-sharing from a highly experienced Consultant Solicitor) or a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (up to Partner level).
