Sous chef required for a establishment in the Lake district, live in available, fresh food, £34-35k.
The role
As a Sous chef you will run a section and cover the pass when the head chef is off. You will ensure the food maintains a good level and that the kitchen runs smoothly. When running a section, you will get your section ready and when running the pass, you will ensure the small kitchen all functions well. This role will include all the standard Sous chef duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for a Sous chef with a fresh food background, You will either be a sous chef OR be ready for a step up to sous chef and currently a junior sous chef. You will need to be able to drive, due to no transport in the area and the live in is off site.
