Are you a Psychology graduate with previous childcare or child-related experience? Do you want to put your degree to good use by supporting children’s learning, confidence, and wellbeing?

We’re looking for a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Redhill primary school. This role is ideal for graduates keen to gain practical classroom experience, especially those considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development.

What We’re Looking For

1. A graduate in Psychology (or a related subject)

2. Previous child-related experience (nursery, school, youth work, tutoring, childcare)

3. A Teaching Assistant who is empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children

4. Someone reliable, proactive, and confident working both 1:1 and with groups

Key Responsibilities

5. Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

6. Assisting teachers with engaging lessons and learning interventions

7. Helping children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs to thrive in the classroom

8. Encouraging positive learning habits, resilience, and self-confidence

9. Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
