This KTP will be central to TSK’s strategic aim of becoming a national leader in sustainable, data‑driven workplace design, embedding cutting‑edge AI capability inside the business.You will work full‑time at TSK Group’s Salford Quays headquarters whilst collaborating closely with academics from the University of Salford’s AI research group.Note this opportunity may close early depending on application volumes.Key Responsibilities You will lead the technical development of a bespoke AI‑powered platform capable of:Extracting structured data from supplier documents using ML/NLP/CV (Computer Vision)/OCRBuilding a scalable product database and knowledge layerDeveloping agentic‑based chatbot toolsAutomating compliance, sustainability validation, and finishes schedulesIntegrating outputs with BIM workflows (e.g. Revit) and TSK’s internal systemsSupporting user‑centric design, change management, and adoption across TSKThis is a multifaceted challenge requiring strong technical, organisational, and communication skills.
