The successful Legal Secretary will provide support to fee earners and partners focused on delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
This role suits someone with experience working as a Legal Secretary across various departments.
The ideal candidate will be IT literate, capable of managing a varied workload including secretarial assistance, answering calls, filing, typing (including audio), document production, file and diary management, and general office administration.
There is scope for the Legal Secretary to make a positive impact by helping review current processes.

Job Description
While legal secretarial experience is preferred, the key requirements are:
* Experience liaising with clients via phone and email
* Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work well within a team to meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including document editing and production
* Experience with modern document management systems
* Experience as a Legal Secretary within Family Law is essential
