The Role
You will support the Conveyancing team across the full lifecycle of residential transactions, including:
* Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Preparing contract packs, handling enquiries, and supporting pre- and post-completion work
* Conducting searches, ID checks, AP1/OS applications, and liaising with the Land Registry
* Managing client updates and keeping files compliant and well-organised
* Working closely with fee-earners to ensure transactions move efficiently and smoothly
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience within residential conveyancing (minimum 6 months preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and excellent written communication
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced team
* A proactive approach, confidence with clients, and great attention to detail
* Desire for career development, with interest in progressing within property law
