We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly administrator to join our team and help support our Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialists Department deliver excellent patient care through delivering a comprehensive and efficient administrative/coordination and secretarial service.

Responsibilities
* Providing a wide range of administrative, I.T. and clerical support. This includes maintaining computer and paper-based patient records, preparing patient and clinic paperwork and responding promptly, effectively and appropriately to telephone enquiries.
* Delivering comprehensive and efficient data collection/data input to the Stoma CNS service.
* Maintaining effective communication with the multidisciplinary team and patients.
* Liaising with wards and departments within MSE and outside agencies.
* Booking clinic appointments and procedures in a timely fashion and cash up clinics when finished.
