The Opportunity
We are expanding our Capital Formation and Investor Relations capabilities and are seeking a select number of experienced professionals with a proven track record in fundraising and investor relationship development.
This is an international opportunity. While trusted investor relationships are built locally, capital increasingly moves across borders. We welcome applications from experienced professionals regardless of location who bring strong regional networks and the ability to convert relationships into outcomes.
This is not an entry-level investor relations role. We are looking for individuals who have successfully brought capital to the table and can demonstrate a history of originating, developing and converting investor relationships.
What We Are Looking For
You may come from backgrounds such as:
* Venture capital or private equity fundraising
* Placement agents
* Family office coverage
* Private banking and wealth management
* Institutional sales
* Capital markets and alternative investments
The common denominator is simple: you have successfully raised capital before.
Ideally, you can demonstrate:
* Capital raised
* Investor relationships developed and converted
* Successful fundraising mandates
* Experience managing investor pipelines
* Strong regional investor networks and market knowledge

You will not be expected to build everything from scratch. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and established processes.

What You Will Do
* Develop and expand investor relationships across your markets
* Support capital formation across funds, SPVs and selected transactions
* Build and manage investor pipelines
* Engage family offices, HNWIs, private banks and institutional investors
* Work alongside investment and execution teams to support successful outcomes
Compensation & Economics
Quatromine operates through a performance-oriented participation model designed to align economics with outcomes.
These roles are generally structured around:
* Success-based participation linked to fundraising outcomes
* Participation in relevant commercial opportunities
* Access to centrally supported opportunities and investor resources
* Potential participation in investment platforms and fund economics as they mature
* Long-term carry and broader platform participation opportunities, where applicable
