Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist – Respiratory CNS South Sector and Pulmonary Rehabilitation GG&C
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
Salary: Pro‑rated for part‑time hours.
The post holder will work in full collaboration with the Team Leader, Operational Leads, and the wider Respiratory Multi‑Disciplinary Team to drive and shape the delivery of the highest standard and quality of respiratory clinical care.
Responsibilities
* Deliver clinical care at an advanced level and be working towards Advanced Practice qualifications.
* Lead, support and develop specific priority areas of clinical quality improvement work and act as a specialist resource to support the development of junior staff.
* Collaborate with the Multi‑Disciplinary Team to provide expert clinical oversight and mentorship.
Qualifications
* Significant post‑registration experience, preferably within a Respiratory Band 6 CNS role.
* Holding or working towards Advanced Practice qualifications at Masters level inclusive of Independent Prescribing and advanced Clinical Assessment.
* Prior experience and demonstrated success with Clinical Quality Improvement projects.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
