In this role, you'll work closely with academy leadership teams to deliver a high-quality responsive estates service, ensuring all health and safety legislation and statutory requirements are met. You will support the delivery of the estates strategy, balancing operational needs with long-term sustainability, truly shaping our learning environments by understanding the link between space and educational outcomes. This is a full-time, year-round, remote role with travel to our London academies several days a week. We are excited to share an opportunity to join our Estates team as Regional Estates Manager. We're looking for an experienced estates professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in facilities management across multiple sites, with a strong knowledge of building compliance, planned maintenance, and capital project delivery. Excellent communication skills are critical, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across the organization and provide expert guidance on maintenance issues and estate planning. We want a hands-on problem solver, passionate about creating safe, compliant, and inspiring learning environments to high standards. This role requires thriving in complex environments, managing multiple streams of work seamlessly, including technical building surveys, budget management, people management, and representing the Trust.
